Returns Policy

• You have 14 days to change your mind from the date you received item.
• The cosy bag must be returned as new with its care labels and carrier bag and the harness holes have not been cut.
• You have further 14 days to get returned items back to returns department.
• To process your return we require a receipt for proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the postage cost.
• If the item is faulty by manufacturer, you have 28 days from purchase date to return and get a full refund.
• Your refund will be processed within 10 days of returns department receiving items.
