Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind from the date you received item.
The cosy bag must be returned as new with its care labels and carrier bag and the harness holes have not been cut.
You have further 14 days to get returned items back to returns department.
To process your return we require a receipt for proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the postage cost.
If the item is faulty by manufacturer, you have 28 days from purchase date to return and get a full refund.
Your refund will be processed within 10 days of returns department receiving items.

Q1. What size is the bag?

Answer: Our kozybags are 160cm in length with the hood total length 170cm. They are 65cm across. They are aimed to cater age group from 6year old up to 15year old. A small adult can fit Aswell.

Q2. Would the person slide off the chair because of lining?

Answer: This won’t happen because there are harness holes in place for the straps to come threw the bag. Also the lining is poly/nylon that feels soft but doesn’t have shiny slippy finish like coats have.

Q3. What’s the bag made off?

Answer: All four layers of fabric are poly nylon,rip stop. Ripstop way fabric been weaved which allows a special reinforcing technique to fabric which give our kozybags the strength they need but also light in weight.

The filling is synthetic offset quilted layer. You stay warm in all weathers and is durable won’t break down quickly.

Q4. Will the bag fit on a wheelchair or certain makes of special needs pushchairs?

Answer: Our kozybags will fit wheelchairs ,mobility scooters, and most pushchairs.

Only issue you may have ,if you have certain attachments to the chair. I.E a pommels ,extra harness straps etc.

The fabric durable and soft so easy to mould to any shape chair and copes with movement from the person inside. Our bags have 8 harness holes.which are for straps come threw from pushchairs and a hole for pommels .only pommels that can be taken off the chair completely so you can place the bag into position first then place pommel back in.

Q5. Is it waterproof?

Answer: No, they water resistant. They will cope with sudden down pour of rain.the outer shell fabric will be wet but the water won’t get threw to inside.

Q6. Does the front of the bag zip right off?

Answer: No. Our bags have a 2 way zip which allows you to be zipped right up to your Shoulders, and if you want your feet out of the bottom , you can by opening the zip that end.

Q7. Can it be washed?

Answer: Yes, our kozybags can be Machine washed at 40 degrees. With washing powder and fabric softener. Do not put in tumble dryer or drape over a radiator.use the tabs on bottom of bag and hang dry.
